The River Club features 18 holes designed by Bob Grimsdell and meticulously maintained in superb condition.
Membership is by invitation only. Guests of members are however welcome and are part of the golfing tradition of the club.
However golfers from overseas who can demonstrate their membership of a recognised golf club can apply in advance to play the course and use the clubhouse facilities.

Course closed for maintenance
We regret to inform that The River Club is closed for its annual course maintenance program from 17th December to 3rd January. We will endeavour to revert to your query shortly after the 3rd of January and we apologise for any inconvenience.
2017 Lounge
On the course, all clothing must be conservative and golf specific, and acceptable golfing head gear should be worn.
Men's Attire
Collared shirts and slacks or shorts are required. Shirts must be tucked in at all times and shorts must be of Bermuda length. Both slacks and shorts must be tailored for golf. Long-sleeved turtlenecks and long-sleeved mock turtlenecks are permitted. Belts are required.
Women's Attire
Traditional golf attire is requested. Slacks, capris and skirts, shorts and skorts are accepted.
Clubhouse Attire
The dress code in the clubhouse is "smart casual". This does not include denim jeans, t-shirts, cargo pants, collarless shirts and slipslops. The off course clothing guidelines also apply for arrival at the club, i.e. please do not arrive with shorts and sandals.
Cellphone Usage
The use of cell phones in the clubhouse or on the course is expressly prohibited, and guests are asked to leave their cell phones in their vehicles.
2017 Mens locker room
The River Club is closed on Mondays.
